The library holds specialist books and journals relating to nursing and midwifery practice, education, history and working conditions. Members are welcome to loan up to six items from this collection for 14 days. .

Our special collection includes primary materials from the historic 1986 50-day Victorian nurses strike and UNA, the journal of the Victorian Trained Nurses Association (1903-1974). Digitised special collections can be explored through .
Members wishing to access resources that are unavailable in our collection are welcome to through our interlibrary loan service.

Need to study in peace? The library is co-located with the Student Hub which offers quiet study spaces and contemporary teaching facilities.
Members are welcome to use printing, scanning and photocopying facilities*, borrow headphones, and connect to free Wi-Fi. Plus free tea, coffee and biscuits.
