Mental health EBA 2025

Vote yes to the 2024-28 Victorian Public Sector Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement

ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ recommends you VOTE YES in the Vero Voting electronic ballot between 9am Friday 19 December to 5pm Tuesday 23 December 2025.

The statewide members meeting on 28 March 2025 voted to endorse the Allan Government’s revised offer. The proposed enterprise agreement includes 47 relevant parity claims from the general public sector nurses agreement, including pay parity between mental health nurses’ and the general nurses’ outcome.

The Agreement includes the majority of members’ specific mental health nursing claims. You now need to VOTE YES to formalise the EBA and receive the agreement’s benefits. If the majority of employees at your employer vote NO, that employer will be removed from the agreement and none of the benefits of the 2024-28 EBA will apply to their employees.
